Festival di Cannes 2023 - Il programma
Oggi, 13 aprile 2023, è stato annunciato il programma della 76esima edizione del Festival di Cannes, che si terrà dal 16 al 27 maggio. Thierry Fremaux, che è il delegato generale del Festival di Cannes ha annunciato i film in concorso, le proiezioni di mezzanotte, Un Certain Regard, e le opere fuori concorso.
Il Festival di Cannes 2023 ha così scoperto le sue carte, presentandosi come una delle edizioni più interessanti degli ultimi anni. Il film d'apertura (fuori concorso) è Jeanne du Barry, diretto da Maïwenn, che segna il ritorno di Johnny Depp. Le altre pellicole fuori concorso da segnalare: Indiana Jones e il quadrante del destino di James Mangold, Killers of the Flower Moon di Martin Scorsese. I film in concorso più interessanti sono: Asteroid City di Wes Anderson, Perfect Days di Wim Wenders, May December di Todd Haynes, Monster di Hirokazu Kore-eda.
Nella sezione in concorso della 76esima edizione del Festival di Cannes c'è spazio anche per il cinema italiano, con tre film di tre autori dalle firme inconfondibili: Il Sol Dell'Avvenire di Nanni Moretti, La chimera di Alice Rohrwacher e Rapito di Marco Bellocchio.
